Guten tag!

I've been in Cologne for the last few days at the Kind+Jugend trade show which is the biggest show of the year for the nursery industry. 

There were some great products to see, all very inspiring stuff.

I didn't take very many photos but my friend and work buddy Jo has lots of photos from the show on her lovely blog jo-anne lee likes so head over to see!

It's 9 o'clock

I know it is because Betty the guinea pig tells me it is.

9 o'clock is usually the time she gets her daily dose of veg. 

She lives indoors in the corner of our living room. We hear a few little wheek wheek noises coming from the corner at about 8, then by 8.30 the wheek wheeks have turned into wheek wheeks, and by 9pm they are full on wheeeeeeeks! 

We rescued Betty from the RSPCA a few years ago. She is now rather old and is diabetic and almost completely blind (although she does always seem to manage to run to her veg bowl when she needs to) so she has had quite a tough little life. 

We do tend to spoil her, quite a lot...

Something random

I saw this on Pinterest today and it made my heart flutter! 

Maybe I could do this to my poor little unsuspecting mini.... it could be sooo pretty?! 

I joke, I would never do this, not really, much....

Bear and tiny bird

On our long journey back home from Cornwall I started a new needle felted bear.

I just finished him tonight and also made a teeny tiny bird friend for him.

The boyf wants to know what I'm going to do with Barry (?!) the bear...

Apparently needle felted bears need a purpose? Who knew.

Screen printed this card for some friends this eve.

They got engaged and have moved house so it's a two in one card.

My card making motto - if in doubt put more ribbon on it. 

You can see in this close-up how old my screen is!!

I will get round to getting a new one made one day...

Ahoy there!

I've been on a little holiday to Cornwall, St Ives to be exact. 

It was very very pretty, and very very busy.

I ate my own body weight in cheese & onion cornish pasties and 

I've come home with a burnt nose. Lovely jubbly.
